Product descriptions and images
We describe our catios and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and timber and powder-coated finishes vary slightly from one batch to the next, so small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Not medical advice
Our catios and enclosures are consumer pet products, not certified containment or safety systems. Anything we say about keeping a cat safe, calm or healthy is general information, not veterinary advice, and no enclosure replaces supervision in extreme weather. If your cat has a health or behavioural condition or a latex allergy, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any product to help. Natural latex is not suitable for anyone with a diagnosed latex allergy.
